Trick or treating making you feel tricked and mistreated?

Try out this keto trio to sip & get spooky!

 

Almond Joy

What you'll need:

  • 1 serving Keto Meal Chocolate
  • 1 C almond milk
  • 1/4 C coconut flakes 
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 C chopped almonds

 

Reese's Peanut Butter Cup

What you'll need:

  • 1 serving Keto Meal Chocolate
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 C almond milk
  • ~10 ice cubes

 

Pumpkin Pie

What you'll need:

  • 1 serving Keto Meal Vanilla
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice 
  • 4 tbsp pumpkin puree (low sugar)
  • 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
  • 1 C unsweetened almond milk
  • ~10 ice cubes

 

How to make these:

First, you need a cozy sweater, your favorite comfy slippers, and a good scary movie to watch. Are you set to start? 

 Take your blender and first put in your dry ingredients. You may be tempted to put in more "toppings' than we suggest in these recipes, but I assure you, they're perfect! Add in the liquids and ice, then watch your shake go from boring to festive! Cute straw and whipped cream aren't needed but definitely suggested.
