Meal Prep Keto Egg Bites

What you will need:

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground sausage
  • 12 eggs
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups spinach 
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese
  • A pinch of salt, pepper, and other spices of your choosing
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Kitchen tools: 

  • Cupcake Tin

How to make it: 

  1. Set your oven to 450 degrees
  2. Fully cook the sausage in a pan 
  3. In a bowl, combine the eggs and heavy cream and whisk together
  4. In the same bowl, add the spinach, cooked sausage, and feta cheese to the egg mixture
  5. Add your favorite spices to the mixture
  6. Mix everything together to ensure it is fully combined
  7. Spray your cupcake tin with non-stick cooking spray
  8. Evenly distribute the egg mixture into the twelve sections of the pan
  9. Bake in the oven at 450 degrees for 25 minutes
  10. Enjoy! 

 

This is the perfect make-ahead breakfast to reheat in the morning throughout the week!
