If you have leftover salami in your fridge, this salami cups recipe is a great way to use it up and turn it into something crunchy and delicious. These quick bites are great for serving as all the added ingredients fit into the salami bite-sized cups.

Makes 12


12 salami, slices
1 avocado, chopped
12 grape tomatoes, sliced in half
1/2 mozzarella cheese, shredded


1. Preheat oven to 400C.
2. Using a 12 cup muffin pan, press one salami into one cup. Repeat for all salami and cups.
3. Bake for 15 minutes or until crispy.
4. Let the salami cups cool down.
5. Add 2 grape tomato halves, a piece of avocado and sprinkle some cheese into the salami cup. Serve immediately.
