Gingerbread Latte

Who says a holiday latte has to be full of sugar, leaving you feeling blah and cranky?  Our Gingerbread Latte is full of nourishing spices and our patented ketones that will leave you feeling balanced and grounded.  Blending this beverage will create the full-bodied texture that we all crave this time of year, we know you will enjoy so make this soon!

Ingredients:

 1 chai or rooibos tea bag

12 ounces of hot water

2 tablespoons of pumpkin puree  

¼ teaspoon of sea salt

1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

1 tablespoon of ghee, butter or coconut oil

1 packet of Real Ketones Prime D+ Gingerbread

 

Instructions:

 Steep tea bag in the hot water for 10 minutes.

 While your tea is steeping, add all other ingredients to a blender.

 After 10 minutes, remove the tea bag from the tea and pour tea into the blender.

 Blend on high until creamy and well combined.

 Pour into your favorite mug, topping with optional whipped cream and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.
