Pesto Feta Dip

 Serves 8

 Take your appetizer to the next level with this Fetta pesto dip, no one is going to judge you for going back for seconds on this one!!

 

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cooking Time: 0 minutes 

 

Ingredients:

 ¼ cup olive oil

3 cups fresh basil

½ tsp. sea salt

2 medium garlic cloves, peeled and minced

¼ cup pine nuts

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

2 cups fresh spinach

¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled  

 

Instructions:

 Add all ingredients except feta cheese to a food processor and pulse until all is combined and creamy.  You may need to scrape the sides of the bowl once or twice to ensure everything is mixed well.

 Add to a serving bowl and stir in crumbled feta cheese.

 Serve with Real Ketones Chips.
