Vegetable & Poppy Seed Quiche What you will need: Crust: 1 1/2 cup almond flour 1 Tbsp poppy seed 1/4 cup olive oil (+ 1 tsp if needed) 1⁄4 tsp Salt Pinch of lemon pepper   Filling: 1 egg 1 cup mayonnaise 1⁄4 cup grated carrot 1⁄4 cup grated zucchini 1⁄4 cup leek, cut into thin slices 2 Tbsps chopped onion  1/2 tsp dried parsley Salt and pepper 1 tsp of poppy seeds (to sprinkle on top)   How to make it:  Crust: Preheat oven to 400 F(200°C).
