Pumpkin Cheesecake Mousse
Enjoy the taste of a traditional pumpkin pie without the time commitment or the calories with this delicious mousse!
A mixer (or a set of strong, patient arms)
1 8-ounce package full fat cream cheese (at room temperature)
1/2 15-ounce can pumpkin puree
1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Optional: A handful of chopped pecans for the top!
1. Cream together cream cheese and pumpkin puree until smooth in a mixer with a paddle attachment.
2. From there, slowly add in the cream, Prime protein, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and vanilla.
3. Mix until light an fluffy. It will take about 5 minutes.
4. Pipe into serving dishes, then let chill in the fridge for 1 hour (we know it's tempting, but try to make it the whole hour). And voila, the perfect topper to your dinner feast!
