1 cup cubed watermelon
1 tablespoon fresh lime zest
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
14 ounces full-fat coconut cream
2 cups heavy whipping cream
½ cup granulated monk fruit sweetener
2 packets of Real Ketones Watermelon Shift D-BHB powder

Pour the watermelon cream mixture into a metal bowl or pan and place in the freezer for 2-3 hours.
Remove from the freezer and stir in the remaining half of the watermelon mixture. Return to the freezer for at least one more hour, and up to overnight.
When ready to enjoy, garnish with fresh lime zest and fresh mint.
