An ice-cream maker is not necessary for this Watermelon Lime Ice-Cream! Our Watermelon Shift D-BHB powder gives this cold treat extra healthy fats and delicious fruity flavor!

Ingredients:
Ice-Cream
1 cup cubed watermelon
1 tablespoon fresh lime zest
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
14 ounces full-fat coconut cream
2 cups heavy whipping cream
½ cup granulated monk fruit sweetener
2 packets of Real Ketones Watermelon Shift D-BHB powder
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
Garnishes:
Fresh lime zest
Fresh mint
Instructions:
Place watermelon, lime zest, and lime juice in a food processor or blender and pulse until it is a smooth puree.
Place coconut cream, heavy whipping cream, and monk fruit in a bowl and use an electric mixer to whisk the mixture until stiff peaks have formed, about 3 minutes.
Pour half of the watermelon puree into the cream mixture and whisk together until well-combined.
Pour the watermelon cream mixture into a metal bowl or pan and place in the freezer for 2-3 hours.
Remove from the freezer and stir in the remaining half of the watermelon mixture. Return to the freezer for at least one more hour, and up to overnight.
When ready to enjoy, garnish with fresh lime zest and fresh mint.
Serve between 18, storing any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
