Health Disclaimer

Any statements on this site or any materials or supplements distributed or sold by Real Ketones have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Real Ketones is not a drug. Real Ketones™ is sold on Real Ketones.com, and RealKetones LLC is the parent company DBA (doing business as) Real Ketones™.

Warranty and Guarantee

In addition to the other disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability set forth herein, the Real Ketones™ is sold as a product intended to be approved of by its customers, we do not warranty or guarantee that the product will have the same results f or everyone. Real Ketones™ product is being sold to you “as is”. However, without waiving any rights and defenses as described herein, in the event that the Real Ketones™ product is deemed to be unsatisfactory to the customer, then the sole and exclusive remedy available to you is to accept a replacement of Real Ketones™ in the same order format. The period of time within which you must submit a report by email detailing in what way you are not satisfied with our Real Ketones™ product, and requesting that a replacement product be shipped or requesting a refund is 14 days from the date of the initial placement of the order that you are not satisfied with. During this initial 14 day period, you may request and will receive a refund for any reason. During this initial 14 day period, you may request a replacement product in lieu of a refund which request may be granted by Real Ketones™, but Real Ketones™ is only obligated to give you back your purchase price. If the sales or promotional material conflict with this “as is” warranty, then the sales and promotional material are herewith incorporated and shall be controlling. However, in no case, shall the warranty period be construed to be longer than the refund period. Specific claims about the performance of Real Ketones™ and disclaimers regarding results of use of Real Ketones™ If claims about results from using Real Ketones™ were read or listened to by you, you understand and acknowledge that sometimes a product such as Real Ketones™ works better or differently for persons who made the claims than may be your experience. As such claims may be true for the persons who made the claims, including Real Ketones™ or its customers. If you are purchasing and/or using Real Ketones™ as a product that was promoted for a particular purpose and if the promotional materials make claims about the results from the use of this product, you hereby warrant and agree that there exists some probability that the product will not deliver those same results to any particular person and that the refund of the purchase price (subject to the return of the product to Real Ketones™) as was mentioned before makes you whole, and no other monies are available to you. Where this disclaimer and claims made in sales and promotional materials describing details pertaining to Real Ketones™ conflict with your satisfaction of the product the Terms of Use and Purchase Agreement shall be controlling except, and unless, Real Ketones™ really misled you or if such construction would cause material inequity. The burden of proof lies with you, to substantiate any deliberate deception allegedly committed by Real Ketones™ that, in specific way or ways , made you purchase Real Ketones™ on one or more occasions. You accept the obligation to reimburse Real Ketones™, and its attorneys, for all court costs, investigation costs, attorney fees, and all litigation-related costs in the event you brings suit against Real Ketones™ and you do not prevail in court or at arbitration. We make no guarantees or warranties about the Real Ketones™ product and you warrant that you have a clear understanding that your sole and only course of action is to try Real Ketones™ product within the extent of the refund period, and if you is not satisfied prior to expiration of the refund period set forth herein, then to properly request a refund from Real Ketones™ in the manner set forth herein and subject to other relevant terms and conditions. You, again, warrant that you have a clear understanding and agreement that in any event, for any reason, no matter the amount of damages claimed, as a material part of the consideration for purchase of this Real Ketones™ product, the maximum amount of liability shall be the purchase price of the Real Ketones™ product. Unauthorized use use of any material contained on the Site may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes. We reserve the right to prosecute infringers of copyrights and trademarked material.

Termination

Real Ketones™ reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site or any of its products or services if it determines that you do not comply with these Terms of Use; provide false, inaccurate, or incomplete information during our registration process; engage in any conduct that would otherwise harm any of rights or interests in its Site, products, services, or other property; or for any or no reason whatsoever without prior notice to you.
