3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

Makes 16 cookies

Yum! Can it get any easier than this recipe for peanut butter cookie?! A classic treat gets simple yet just as delicious when made low-carb, your body will be thanking you for opting for a batch of these the next time you crave a little something sweet!

Baking Time: 10 minutes


1 cup natural peanut butter*
1 large egg
12 tablespoons sweetener (Any sugar free sweetener of your choice)
*add ¼ teaspoon sea salt if your peanut butter doesn’t contain salt in its ingredients


Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Pulse all ingredients in a food processor until well-combined.

Scoop by the tablespoon, forming into balls with your hands, and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Using a fork, flatten cookies by creating crisscross patterns on each cookie.

Bake for 10 minutes.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving. Store leftovers in a glass container for 1-3 days. These cookies taste amazing reheated in the microwave for 10-15 seconds!
