This is such a simple recipe, but don’t let that make you think it’s dull or boring! This Air-Fryer Salmon will become your new favorite way of preparing salmon! Serve it alone, or with a squeeze of lemon juice over a bed of cauliflower rice.

Cooking Time: 5-7 minutes
1 pound wild-caught salmon, skin removed & chopped into bite-sized pieces
1 teaspoon fine sea salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dried garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon dried thyme
Fresh lemon wedges for serving
Optional: Cauliflower rice for serving
Add all of the spices to a large mixing bowl and stir well.
Add the salmon to the bowl of spices and toss well until all of the salmon is coated in spices.
Spray an air-fryer rack with avocado oil and spread the spiced salmon on the rack. Spray the top of the salmon with avocado oil.
Air-fry for 5-7 minutes at 400 F (200 C), shaking halfway through. When done, the salmon will be cooked through and blackened.
Serve between 4, storing any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
