10 mozzarella balls packed in water
5 artichoke hearts, sliced in half
10 fresh basil leaves
10 slices of salami


Thread 4 wooden skewers with 2 mozzarella balls, 2 artichoke heart halves, 2 basil leaves and 2 slices of salami.

Serve with optional olive oil and balsamic vinaigrette.
