It doesn’t get easier than these little bundles of asparagus wrapped with crispy, fatty bacon, so we’ll be making these as much as possible! Goat cheese added right at the end gives these snacks that extra bit of creaminess that makes these extra special.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
5 small bundles of asparagus, tough ends removed (about 5 stalks per bundle)
4 slices of bacon
2 ounces of goat cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Tightly wrap each bundle of asparagus with a slice of bacon.
Arrange on a baking tray and bake until the asparagus is soft and the bacon is crispy, about 15 minutes, flipping after about 10 minutes.
Serve with crumbled goat cheese.
Store any leftovers in a glass container in the fridge for 3 days.
