We’re serving up sandwiches and chips but we’re not crashing from all the carbs! Bell peppers make a delicious sub for bread and our crispy, crunchy chips are oh-so satisfying, so dig in and enjoy this fresh meal!

Cooking Time: 20 minutes
2 slices of bacon
2 medium bell peppers (any color)
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 medium avocado
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
2 slices prosciutto
2 slices of deli turkey
2 bags of Real Ketones chips (any flavor)
Cook bacon in a frying pan until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Set aside.
Halve bell peppers and discard the tops and seeds. Char each side on a grill pan or bake in the oven, skin side down, until blackened, about 10 minutes on 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mash avocado with sea salt and fresh lime juice.
When peppers are done, spread each half with mayonnaise and fill with half of the mashed avocado each, a slice of prosciutto and turkey each and serve with a bag of Real Ketones chips.
