Berry Fruit Salad

The combination of these delicious Summer berries and fresh mint and lime is mouth-watering! Serve this berry salad as is or with full-fat Greek yogurt and slivered almonds for a tasty treat!

Ingredients:
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup fresh raspberries
1 cup fresh blackberries, halved
1 cup fresh strawberries, tops removed & halved
2 tablespoons fresh mint leave, minced
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
Zest from ½ fresh lime

Instructions:

Gently toss all ingredients together in a bowl and serve between 8, storing any leftovers in a glass container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
