Black Cherry Cheesecake with Raspberries

 We love this creamy cheesecake that has been infused with the sweet flavor of Black Cherry! Topped with mashed raspberries, this treat is sure to add to the celebration of a healthy lifestyle!

Crust & Topping:

½ cup almond flour

½ cup shredded unsweetened coconut

1 tablespoon Keto confectioners’ sugar 

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1 tablespoon butter, melted


8 ounces of plain cream cheese

1 tablespoon Keto confectioners’ sugar 

2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream

3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Zest from 1 fresh lemon

2 packets of Real Ketones Black Cherry 


½ cup fresh raspberries, mashed 




1. Pulse all Crust & Topping ingredients together in a food processor until crumbly and set aside.


2. Pulse all filling ingredients together and set aside.


3. Divide crust between 4 ramekins, firmly pressing it into each cup.  This is your crust.


4. Divide your filling 4 ways and fill on top of each crust.


5. Garnish with mashed fresh raspberries. 


Store any leftovers in a glass container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
