Blueberry Lemon Pancakes

Serve these up with a handful of fresh blueberries and your favorite sugar-free syrup to make them extra special!

Cooking Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons almond flour
2 tablespoons coconut flour
1 packet Real Ketones Lemon Blast Keto Lean for Life/ Weight Loss
½ teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of sea salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Garnishes:
Butter
Sugar-Free Syrup
Blueberries

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until everything is well-combined.

Heat a skillet and add a little butter to the skillet and once hot, pour half of the batter onto the skillet.

Allow to firm up and bubble a little, flip and continue cooking for another minute or so.

Remove and repeat with a second pancake.

Serve immediately with optional garnishes.
