Breakfast is served on a big platter for you and a couple of friends this weekend! Fry up your favorite bacon and sausage with eggs to your liking and serve it all up with creamy avocado, juicy cherry tomatoes and sweet blueberries, yum!

6 slices of bacon
8 breakfast sausage links
1 medium avocado
2 large eggs
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup cherry tomatoes
Fry up your bacon in a cast-iron skillet until crispy to your preference, about 5-7 minutes.
Remove bacon and place on a plate lined with a paper towel.
Add sausage links to the skillet (with the bacon grease still in the pan) and cook until golden brown and done, about 5 minutes, flipping a few times.
Remove sausage from the pan and add to the plate of bacon.
Crack eggs into the pan and fry for a few minutes, sprinkling with sea salt and black pepper. Turn off the heat when done.
Arrange all ingredients on a platter and grab a few forks.
Store any leftovers in a glass container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
