1 large egg, room temperature
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
4 tablespoons butter, melted
½ cup Keto-friendly sweetener such as monk fruit
1 cup almond flour
¼ cup coconut flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ cup Keto-friendly chocolate chips
1 bag of Real Ketones Keto Caramel Popcorn
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix egg, melted butter and sweetener until well-combined. Add pure vanilla extract and mix very well.
Mix almond flour, coconut flour and baking powder in a large bowl.
Combine flour mixture with the butter mixture and gently fold together until a thick dough has formed. Fold in chocolate chips and Real Ketones Keto Caramel Popcorn.
Scoops into 12 balls and form firm patties with your hands and place on your baking tray.
Bake in the oven for 10-13 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool before serving.
Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
