We crumbled up our Sweet BBQ chips and used them to create the most decadent crust on this cheesy chili dip! You are going to want to savor every bite of this delicious dip, make sure you have enough chips in your kitchen to enjoy it all the way through!

Ingredients:
1 pound of ground beef
1 medium yellow onion, peeled & minced
2 garlic cloves, peeled & minced
1 14.5-ounce can of tomato sauce
1 6-ounce can of tomato paste
1 teaspoons sea salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 cup full-fat sour cream
4 tablespoons plain cream cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Toppings: ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ bag Real Ketones Sweet BBQ Chips, crumbled
1 whole scallion, minced
Serve with: 2 bags of Real Ketones Sweet BBQ Chips
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Brown ground beef in a cast-iron skillet or skillet and break up with a wooden spoon as it cooks, about 10 minutes.
When cooked through, add in minced onion and garlic and continue to sauté with the ground beef, about 5 minutes, or until soft.
Add in canned tomato sauce, sea salt, black pepper, ground cumin and chili powder and continue to stir and let simmer until thickened a bit, about 5 minutes.
Turn heat down to low and stir in sour cream, cream cheese and shredded cheese.
Top with additional shredded cheese and crumbled Real Ketones chips and transfer to the oven and allow to heat until the topping is all melted and bubbly, about 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and garnish with minced scallion.
Serve warm with chips.
Store any leftovers in a glass container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
