Ingredients:
1 tablespoon ghee or butter
8 ounces of sirloin, cubed
½ yellow onion, diced
2 cups low carb tomato sauce
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon of sea salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
2 cups of zucchini “noodles”
2 tablespoons ghee or butter
¼ cup parsley, minced
Instructions:
Add ghee or butter to a medium-sized stockpot and bring to medium heat.
Brown cubed sirloin for about one minute per side and then reduce heat to medium-low.
Add diced onion and sauté with the sirloin until it is soft about 7 minutes.
Stir in low carb tomato sauce, chili powder, sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder and simmer until everything is tender and bubbling about 15 minutes.
In a separate skillet, while chili is simmering, sauté the zucchini noodles in ghee or butter until soft, about 5 minutes.
When everything is done, serve the chili over a bowl of zoodles.
