Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 minutes to toast nuts
Ingredients:
1 batch of Sun-Dried Tomato & Walnut Dip (recipe below)
1 batch of Toasted Almond & Olive Dip (recipe below)
1-3 varieties of cheese
2-3 varieties of veggies (zucchini, radish, cucumber, green beans, endive, broccoli, cauliflower, etc.)
Garnishes: Fresh rosemary, fresh berries, fresh cranberries, etc.
Instructions:
Arrange everything as you like on a large platter.
Fill in any gaps with garnishes.
Store in the fridge until your party. If there are leftovers, store in the fridge in a glass container for up to a week.

Sun-Dried Tomato & Walnut Dip
Serves 8
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 minutes to toast walnuts
Ingredients:
1 ounce of walnuts
1 8.5-ounce jar of sun-dried tomatoes, packed in olive oil
2 cups fresh basil leaves
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons sea salt
1 garlic clove
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Zest from ½ fresh lemon
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
Arrange walnuts on a baking tray and toast in the oven for 5 minutes.
Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until all is well combined with a nutty texture, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.
Serve on your Christmas Platter, storing any leftovers in a glass container in the fridge for up to one week.

15 pitted Kalamata olives

Zest from ½ fresh lime
