Ingredients:
1 tablespoon coconut oil
4 cups cauliflower, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon dried turmeric powder
½ cup of canned coconut cream
¼ cup chopped pecans
¼ cup fresh mint
Instructions:
Heat coconut oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Add chopped cauliflower, sea salt, pepper, garlic powder, dried turmeric and sauté until soft, about 5 minutes.
Stir in canned coconut cream and reduce to low heat, simmering for about 5 minutes.
Serve with minced mint and chopped pecans.
Store any leftovers in a glass container in the fridge for 3 days.
