These Dinner Rolls are impossible to resist! The crispy outer shell gives it the perfect crunch along with the soft warm middle to tie it all together!
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Baking Time: 30-40 minutes
2 scoops of collagen powder
2 cups almond flour
1 tsp. sea salt
2 tsp. baking powder
½ cup boiling water
Optional Garnish: sesame seeds
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix the dry ingredients in one bowl and the wet ingredients in another.
Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry until all is well combined.
With your hands, form into 6 balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until each roll is firm and golden brown.
Serve with your favorite butter.
