Double Chocolate Biscotti

Ingredients:
Dry:
1 ¾ cups almond flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon xanthan gum
1/3 cup cocoa powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon sea salt
1 Real Ketones Chocolate Weight Loss Packet
Wet:
1 large egg
¼ teaspoon Keto sweetener such as erythritol
½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
4 tablespoons butter, softened
2 tablespoons Keto-friendly chocolate chips

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.

Sift your dry ingredients together until well-combined.

Whisk egg, sweetener, vanilla extract and butter in another bowl until well-combined and then add it to the almond flour mixture and mix until a dough has formed. Stir in Keto-friendly chocolate chips.

Form into a 6”x4” rectangle about 1 ½” thick and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool for 5-10 minutes, and then slice into long strips, ½” wide.

Return to the oven. Reduce the oven’s heat to 275 degrees Fahrenheit and continue baking for 30 more minutes.

Remove from the oven and cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.

Serve with coffee.

Store any leftovers in a glass container for up to 1 week.
