Double Mixed Berry Cookies (RK Product)

Makes 8 cookies 

These cookies have double the deliciousness of berries, thanks to our Caffeinated Mixed Berry D-BHB Shift powder! These are tasty as a treat with a cup of tea or coffee! 

Prep Time: 10 minutes + 40 minutes to freeze & thaw 

Cooking Time: 10 minutes 



1 cup almond flour

½ teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon baking soda

¼ teaspoon fine sea salt

4 tablespoons unsalted butter (room temperature)

⅓ cup brown granulated monk fruit

1 packet of Real Ketones Caffeinated Mixed Berry D-BHB Shift powder 

1 large egg


1 cup Keto confectioners’ sugar

1 packet of Real Ketones Caffeinated Mixed Berry D-BHB Shift powder 

2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream


Mix almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, and fine sea salt in a bowl and set aside.

Add butter and Keto brown sugar to the bowl of an electric mixer, and mix on medium speed for 3 minutes. After 3 minutes, mix in egg and the packet of Real Ketones Caffeinated Mixed Berry D-BHB powder. Add the almond flour mixture and mix for 30 seconds. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed.

Transfer the batter to the freezer for 30 minutes. Remove and let thaw for 10 minutes. 

Preheat your oven to 350 F (180 C).

Scoop 1 tablespoon-sized balls and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Do not flatten the cookies, they will flatten on their own as they bake. 

Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, or until the edges have begun to brown. Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking tray, do not transfer to a wire rack.

While the cookies are baking, prepare the icing by mixing all of the icing ingredients together in a bowl. When the cookies have cooled, ice them with a spoon or baker’s spatula. 

Serve between 8, storing any  leftovers in an airtight container on the countertop for 1 week.
