Fried Green Beans

You can make these Fried Green Beans in your oven in just 20 minutes! We coated our green beans in healthy in cage-free egg and avocado oil and then created a crispy mixture of almond four, parmesan cheese and spices. It’s so easy, you can make these any night of the week!

1 pound of French green beans
1 large egg
2 tablespoons avocado oil
½ cup almond flour
½ cup finely grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika


Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

Crack egg into a large bowl and mix with avocado oil.

Mix the almond flour and parmesan cheese in another large bowl. Add sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder and smoked paprika and stir well. Divide mixture in half by placing the second half in a smaller bowl and set aside.

Toss green beans in the egg and oil mixture until well-coated and then transfer in batches to the almond flour mixture in the larger bowl until the green beans are coated.

Carefully arrange coated green beans on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in an even layer. Sprinkle the remaining half of the almond flour and parmesan cheese mixture in an even layer over all of the green beans, ensuring they are coated well.

Bake for 15 minutes, flip or until almond flour is golden brown and green beans are soft.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes.

Serve between 4, storing any leftovers in a glass container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
