Fried Pickles

Serves 4

Sweet and crisp, tangy and creamy, these Fried Pickles are perfect to serve at your next get-together, be sure to make a big batch because these are going to go fast!

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes

2 cups dill pickle chips
2 large eggs
½ cup heavy cream
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
½ cup almond flour
1 teaspoon chili powder or smoked paprika
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
½ cup bottled Ranch Dressing


Preheat your oven’s broiler*.

Mix eggs and heavy cream in one bowl and parmesan cheese, almond flour, chili powder or smoked paprika, garlic powder, sea salt and black pepper in another.

Dry off dill pickles with a paper towel.

Dredge pickles in the egg mixture, then the cheese mixture, then the egg mixture again and place flat on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Broil for 3-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown. Check after 3 minutes and then each minute after to prevent burning.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before serving with Ranch dressing.


*You can easily make these in your Air Fryer by cooking for 5 minutes per side at 400 degrees Fahrenheits on the Air Fry function.
