Serves 1 + leftover Gingerbread Syrup
We made our own Gingerbread Syrup using our Keto Brown Sugar recipe to use in this delicious and festive Gingerbread White Russian.

¼ cup keto honey
3 tablespoons Real Ketones Brown Sugar
1” fresh ginger, peeled & minced
2 cinnamon sticks
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 ounces plain vodka
½ ounce Kahlua coffee liqueur
3 tablespoons Gingerbread Syrup (see above)
3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
Keto gingerbread cookies
Add the Gingerbread Syrup ingredients to a small saucepan set to medium-low heat. Whisk well. When it begins to simmer, whisky often for 3-5 minutes. Turn off the heat and pour into a glass jar. Let it cool in the fridge before using it in cocktails.
When ready to make your cocktails, add the vodka, coffee liquor Gingerbread Syrup, and heavy whipping cream to a serving glass and gently stir.
Garnish with optional Keto gingerbread cookies, cinnamon sticks, and ground cinnamon.
