Cooking Time: 40 minutes + 1 hour to chill in the fridge

Brownie Base:
¾ cup almond flour
1 Real Ketones Mint Chocolate Chip Keto Meal Bar, crushed
¼ cup cocoa powder
½ teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoons butter
3 ounces keto-friendly chocolate chips
½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1/3 cup water
Mint Filling:
5 ounces plain cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1/3 cup (Any sugar free sweetener of your choice)
15 drops OR 1 teaspoon pure peppermint oil
Natural green food coloring (5-15 drops)
Chocolate Topping:
3 ounces keto-friendly chocolate chips
½ tablespoon butter


Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Grease an 8x8” baking dish and set aside.

Add dry brownie crust ingredients (including Real Ketones Protein Bar) to a food processor and pulse until well-combined.

Heat chocolate and butter in a saucepan set to low on the stove. Stir often until melted.

Stir in eggs and vanilla Add butter, eggs and vanilla extract to the chocolate and pulse again until smooth. Pour into the baking pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick entered in the center of the pan comes out clean. Cool completely.

To prepare your filling, beat cream cheese and butter together until smooth. Add sweetener and peppermint and beat until smooth. Add food coloring and stir very well until even in color. Spread over the cooled brownie base and let chill in the fridge for 1 hour.

Heat your chocolate topping ingredients together until melted and smooth. Spread over chilled filling, either in a thin layer, or by creating a zig-zag pattern with a knife. Let chill in the fridge for 20 more minutes before slicing into squares.

Serve between 12, storing any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
