If you love sirloins you are going to love this amazing dish filled with tons of grilled flavors, and paired with our freshly made chopped cabbage salad!
Prep Time: 2 hours to marinate steaks
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
Sirloin
4 Grass-Fed Sirloin Steaks
2 Tbs. olive oil
2 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. dried red pepper flakes
2 Tbs. coconut aminos
Chopped Cabbage Salad
1 head of red cabbage
2 Tbs. apple cider vinegar
Juice from ½ of a lime
2 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 whole scallion
4-5 parsley sprigs
1 cup blueberries
4 radishes
Instructions:
Marinate sirloin steaks in a shallow bowl or sealed plastic bag for 1-2 hours before grilling.
Rinse and chop cabbage, discarding its tough core and toss in a large bowl with apple cider vinegar, lime juice, sea salt, pepper, and minced scallion and parsley.
Fold in blueberries and radish and set aside until ready to serve.
Fire up your grill to high heat and place steaks on the rack when the grill is very hot.
Grill for about 3-4 minutes per side, careful not to move the steaks once on the grill.
Once done, serve on a plate with the cabbage salad.
