2 hibiscus tea bags (or 2 teaspoons of loose leaf tea)
2 cups hot water
2 cups ice-cubes (1 cup per serving glass)
3 ounces rum (dark or amber)
1 packets of Real Ketones Lemon Twist Lean for Life powder
Fresh thyme sprigs
Brew 2 hibiscus tea bags in 2 cups of hot water for 10 minutes. Discard the tea bags.
Place 1 cup of ice-cubes into each glass.
Whisk the Real Ketones Lemon Twist powder into the hibiscus tea until well-combined, then stir in the rum. Pour into each glass over ice-cubes.
