This dip is like no other, our spinach artichoke dip will definitely have you coming back for more.

1 lb. frozen spinach
1 14.5 ounces can of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 tsp. sea salt
½ tsp. black pepper
½ tsp. garlic powder
2 scallions, minced
10 parsley sprigs, minced
Pinch of dried nutmeg
4 ounces of cream cheese
2 Tbs. mayonnaise
Add frozen spinach and artichoke hearts to a medium-sized saucepan and bring to medium heat, stirring often as the veggies release their liquids.
Drain as much liquid as possible and return to the stove.
Add the sea salt, pepper, garlic powder, dried nutmeg, and minced scallion and parsley and stir well.
When the spinach mixture is hot, gently stir in the cream cheese and mayonnaise.
Serve with veggies sticks such as celery.
