Our turmeric latte gets an extra dose of healthy fats with our MCT Powder so it will satisfy you longer and help maintain even blood sugar. We used plain and unsweetened almond milk in our recipe, but you can sub it for any milk or non-dairy milk of your liking!

2 tablespoons dried turmeric powder
4 tablespoons hot water
1 tablespoon coconut butter
1 tablespoons (Any sugar free sweetener of your choice)
2 packets of Real Ketones MCT Powder
1 cup plain & unsweetened almond milk
Whisk turmeric and hot water in a bowl or glass measuring cup, being careful not to splash it as turmeric will stain.
Whisk in coconut butter, sugar free sweetener of your choice and Real Ketones MCT Powder until well-combined.
Add to a blender with almond milk and blend until very creamy.
Serve between two glasses with 4 ice-cubes each.
