Keto Antipasti Salad

We love this no-cook salad for more than how easy it is to prepare. Flavorful meats, nuts and olives come together to compliment cleansing endive and satiating olive oil in this Antipasti Salad that you can plan to take on your next adventure. Ingredients:
Salad:
1 cup endive, chopped
½ red bell pepper, seeds removed and diced
2 slices of deli turkey, chopped
1 slice of prosciutto, chopped
3-5 slices of salami, chopped
½ teaspoon dried fennel seeds
Garnishes:
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ ounce raw almonds
1 tablespoon raw pistachios
5 kalamata olives

Instructions:

Toss all salad ingredients in a bowl and store in a glass container until ready to serve (up to 3 days in advance).

When ready to serve, drizzle with olive oil and garnish with almonds, pistachios and Kalamata olives.
