Keto Apple Crisp

Apples are in season and we are enjoying ours baked with sweet cinnamon and crunchy pecans. Enjoy this treat with your loved ones knowing that it is healthy and delicious!

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 20-25 minutes

Ingredients:
2 medium Granny Smith Apples, cored & sliced thinly
¼ cup butter, melted
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon erythritol
Juice and zest from 1 lemon
½ cup chopped pecans

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and pour into an oven safe baking dish.

Bake, covered, until apples are soft and have begun to caramelize, about 20-25 minutes.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
