1 pound of ground beef
1 teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
6 cups baby spinach
4 tablespoons toasted sesame seed oil
2 tablespoons coconut aminos
¼ cup chopped walnuts
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Heat up a cast-iron skillet to medium heat and add ground beef.
Mince beef and cook with sea salt, black pepper and garlic powder until it has browned, about 10-12 minutes.
Add baby spinach, coconut aminos and toasted sesame oil and sauté together until the spinach is wilted, about 2 minutes.
Serve between 4, garnishing with chopped walnuts and sesame seeds.
Store any leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
