Cooking Time: 10 minutes if cooking bacon
3 slices of cooked and crumbled bacon
2 cups baby kale
1 ounce of sharp cheddar cheese, sliced
1 ounce of cheddar goat cheese, cubed
2 medium radishes, sliced
10 cherry tomatoes, halved
½ avocado, peeled and sliced
1/4 cup ranch dressing
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and cook bacon on a baking tray lined with parchment paper until crispy, about 10 minutes. Set aside and allow to cool. Once cool, chop into bite-sized pieces.
Add all salad ingredients to a mixing bowl and toss well with ranch dressing.
