Baked pancakes save you time and attention. Just whip up your batter and pour into a baking pan and let the oven do all the work, no flipping needed! These get their fresh lemon flavor from our Lemon Twist Lean for Life powder!

2 large eggs
2 tablespoons almond flour
2 tablespoons coconut flour
2 scoops Real Ketones Lemon Blast Keto Lean for Life
½ teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of sea salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until everything is well-combined.
Line an 8x8” baking pan with parchment paper.
Pour the pancake batter into the baking pan, making sure the batter is evenly distributed throughout the pan.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
Remove and let cool for a few minutes before lifting the parchment paper out of the pan and setting on the counter. Slice into 8 squares.
Serve immediately with optional garnishes.
