Ingredients:
1 cup plain & unsweetened almond milk
2 tablespoons coconut flour
2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
¼ cup shredded, dried & unsweetened coconut
1 tablespoon ghee, butter or coconut oil
2 tablespoons fresh blueberries
2 tablespoons fresh raspberries
Instructions:
Add almond milk to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Slowly whisk in coconut flour, flaxseed and coconut until a creamy consistency has formed.
Pour into a bowl and serve with your fat of choice (ghee, butter or coconut oil) and fresh berries.
