We’re loving this salad for how it tastes and makes us feel! Ground beef, cheddar cheese, crispy pickle and lettuce, sweet red onion and a tangy dressing is what it’s all about!

8 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 dill pickle, minced
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 whole scallion, minced
Big Mac Salad:
8 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
½ medium red onion, peeled & sliced
8 sliced dill pickles, chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 pound of ground beef, crumbled & cooked
Mix dressing ingredients together in bowl and set aside.
Add all salad ingredients to the bowl and gently toss until everything is coated in the dressing or if making in advance, arrange salad in a large bowl without dressing and toss just before serving.
Serve between 4, storing any leftovers in a glass container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
