Ingredients:

¼ medium avocado, pitted

1 cup plain & unsweetened almond milk

¼ cup coconut cream

1 packet of Real Ketones Black Cherry Prime Shift D-BHB

¼ cup fresh or frozen cherries

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon raw almond butter

Pinch of sea salt

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon


Instructions:


Blend all ingredients on high speed until very creamy.


Pour into a serving glass. 


Serve immediately.
