Our breakfast tacos are so tasty, you are going to want them for lunch and dinner, too! Perfect just as they are, or enjoy with added cheese, avocado or hot sauce!

5 ounces ground pork
1 teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried fennel seeds
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 tablespoons ghee or butter
4 large eggs
4 Keto-friendly cauliflower thins, wraps or tortillas
¼ medium whole scallion, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
Brown ground pork in a skillet set to medium heat, seasoning with sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, fennel seeds and oregano.
When browned, set aside and add ghee or butter to the skillet.
Scramble eggs in the skillet.
Warm 4 cauliflower-based thins, wraps or tortillas.
Serve ground pork and scramble eggs in cauliflower thins and garnish with fresh scallion and parsley.
