You will fall in love with these tasty bite sized brownie blocks! The combination of protein and collagen creates the best flavor, garnished with slivered almonds to add a little crunch.

2 Tbs. coconut oil
2 scoops of keto-friendly chocolate protein powder
2 scoops of collagen powder
½ tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. vanilla bean powder
2 Tbs. macadamia nut butter
5 drops of vanilla-flavored liquid stevia
2 Tbs. slivered almonds
Melt coconut oil in a glass bowl.
When the coconut oil is melted, add the remaining ingredients (except slivered almonds), stirring together until well combined.
Fill a silicone ice-cube tray with the melted fudge mixture. Top each mold with slivered almonds.
Place in the freezer for 1-2 hours, or until frozen. Pop-out of the silicone mold and store in a glass container in the fridge until ready to serve.
