This is a fun board to create and share with loved ones. Candy canes are not limited to sugar and food dye! Ours is made of fresh mozzarella, tomatoes and spinach, drizzled in healthy fats and fresh herbs, happy holidays!

3 medium tomatoes, sliced
1 pound of mozzarella cheese, sliced in 1/4-inch rounds
8 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon fresh rosemary, minced
Arrange sliced tomatoes and mozzarella in the shape of a candy cane on your board.
Arrange spinach on your board in clusters in the corners.
Whisk all vinaigrette ingredients together and store in a jar or glass bowl and set on your board.
Serve between 8, pouring vinaigrette over your candy cane when ready to eat, storing any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 7 days.
