This simple skillet meal cooks cauliflower rice and green beans in toasted sesame oil and coconut aminos which gives everything a delicious savory flavor. Top this with sliced avocado for extra fat, or serve alongside a grilled beef patty for more protein.

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
2 cups cauliflower rice
1 cup green beans, chopped
1 teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon coconut aminos
¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
Add toasted sesame seed oil to a skillet and bring to medium heat.
Add cauliflower rice and green beans and sauté until it begins to soften, about 5 minutes.
Season with sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder and coconut aminos and continue to sauté until everything is soft, about 3 more minutes.
Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley and serve between 2.
Store any leftovers in a glass container in the fridge for 5 days.
