Classic holiday herbs such as parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme bring this Keto stuffing to life, every bite tastes like home!

2 cups cauliflower florets, chopped
½ medium yellow onion, peeled & diced
1 cup chopped celery
1 teaspoons sea salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried thyme
2 tablespoons ghee or butter
¼ cup chopped pecans
2 tablespoons avocado oil
¼ cup fresh parsley, minced
2 tablespoons fresh sage, minced
Preheat your oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix all stuffing ingredients together in a bowl and spread onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the oven for 15 or until cauliflower is soft and begun to brown.
Remove from heat and drizzle avocado oil over the whole sheet. Garnish with parsley and sage and toss well.
Serve between 4, storing any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
