This bread is flavored by swirls of dark cherry for truly magical and rewarding Keto sweet bread! Frosted on top, this is a decadent treat we know you are going to love!

Ingredients:
Cherry Swirl:
½ cup almond flour
1 tablespoon Keto confectioners’ sugar
2 packets of Real Ketones Black Cherry
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon beet powder
Bread:
4 large eggs
½ cup butter, melted & cooled
¼ cup plain cream cheese, softened
¼ cup heavy whipping cream
½ cup (Any sugar free sweetener of your choice)
2 cups almond flour
¼ cup coconut flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
Frosting:
2 cups Keto confectioners’ sugar
½ cup butter, softened
2 tablespoons plain & unsweetened almond milk
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 packets of Real Ketones Black Cherry Shift
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350 F (180 C).
1. Grease a 8” loaf pan, line it with parchment paper and set aside.
2. Add all Cherry Swirl ingredients to a bowl and mix well. Set aside.
3. Add eggs to a large bowl and beat with an electric hand mixer on high-speed until frothy and double in size, about 2 minutes.
4. Pour the bread batter in your loaf pan and spread evenly in the pan.
5. Using a butter knife, cut the batter with the Cherry Swirl mixture creating a zigzag design in the batter.
6. Bake in the oven for about 1 hour, checking after 45 minutes to make sure it is not burning.
7. Cover with a piece of aluminum foil if it appears the top is cooking faster than the rest of the batter.
8. Turn off your oven and remove your bread, setting on a wire rack to let it cool before slicing.
9. While the bread is cooling, prepare the frosting by mixing all frosting ingredients together until very creamy. Spread over the top of your bread.
Serve between 8, storing any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
