4 ounces of boneless & skinless chicken tenders
1 teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ cup chopped pecans
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon ghee, melted
3 jalapeño peppers
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place chicken tenders on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Season with sea salt, black pepper and garlic powder.
Bake until cooked through, about 15 minutes. When done baking, minced well.
Mix minced chicken with chopped pecans, mayonnaise, smoked paprika and melted ghee.
Scoop mixture into peppers and bake for 10 minutes, or until the peppers are soft and heated through.
