3 ounces of stevia-sweetened chocolate chips
3 ounces of butter
¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon butter for greasing ramekins
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Melt chocolate chips and butter in a microwave-safe dish for 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until fully melted, about 2 minutes.
Add vanilla and stir well.
Crack eggs in a large bowl and whisk with a hand mixer until frothy, about 3 minutes.
Fold frothed egg whites into the chocolate mixture until fully absorbed in the chocolate.
Pour into 4 ramekins greased with butter and bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Store any leftovers in the fridge in a glass container for up to 1 week.
